This Investment Agreement is made between VEEKTOZ Ltd (“The Company”), a technology initiative of De Victorz Entertainment, and the Investor named and signing below.

The Investor agrees to invest in one of the approved tiers below:

Funds shall be used strictly for:

• Platform development
• Talent onboarding & marketing
• Content production
• Operational and administrative expenses

12 months from the date of payment, after which company valuation is communicated to the Investor.

If equity conversion is not agreed, the Company may buy back the investment by paying full capital + accrued ROI within 30 days after maturity.

All payments must be made ONLY to the official VEEKTOZ Ltd accounts below. Proof of payment must be sent to business@veektoz.com, copying admin@veektoz.com.

If repayment is delayed, the Company must notify the Investor in writing and a revised payment plan shall be mutually agreed.

The Investor understands this is an early-stage business and returns are not guaranteed beyond the agreed ROI structure.

Both parties agree to keep all financial and strategic information confidential.

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in Nigeria and/or the United Kingdom where applicable.
